Services
Lux Detailing provides professional car detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full-service packages, mold removal, motorcycle detailing, RV detailing, and commercial fleet detailing in Everett, WA and surrounding areas.
Booking and Appointments
By booking an appointment with Lux Detailing, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and to be present (or arrange access) at the scheduled time. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted based on the condition and size of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
SMS Program Terms
Lux Detailing offers an SMS messaging program for service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications. By opting in through our contact form or by providing your phone number with consent, you agree to receive text messages from Lux Detailing. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at everett.lux.detailing@gmail.com. Carrier Liability: Carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service. Lux Detailing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
Lux Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that may arise from underlying conditions of the vehicle. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
